The Innovative Leadership Program allows student participants to showcase their talents and leadership skills through research-based projects. This program is designed for students planning to pursue Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) based careers. Each student researches a STEM topic and drafts a college level research paper. The students also prepare an information board presenting the results of their research. The papers are submitted for presentation to corporate, educational and industry leaders.
This program allows students to enhance their knowledge in a STEM based subject, business management and leadership preparing them to successfully meet requirements for corporate internships.
